What is the triple steel?
Triple steel is a composite steel, which is made of several materials welded by explosion. The outermost side of the knife uses low-carbon stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, and the core material is high-carbon alloy steel. It is quenched by heat treatment.
The advantages of triple steel knives:
  • Very Sharp and durable. High-carbon alloy steel in the core allows the knife have a high degree of hardness, making it more durable.
  • The blade not easy to crack. Because the knife has a composite layer, the knife is well protected.
  • Easy to sharpen. Due to the outer layer is made of low-carbon stainless steel, the hardness is lower, it will be more labor-saving when Sharpening the knife.
